Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Associate in Taylor, MI! We're looking for dedicated individuals who are ready to roll up their sleeves and contribute to our fast-paced environment. This position offers a full-time commitment of 50-60 hours per week, providing you with the opportunity to earn competitive pay while being part of a supportive team. If you're looking for a role where you can grow and make a difference, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and quality. Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with attention to detail. Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment to promote safety and efficiency. Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, following safety protocols. Assist with inventory management, including stock counts and replenishment. Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and deadlines. Report any discrepancies or issues to the supervisor promptly. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but not required; we provide training! Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs) and perform physical tasks throughout the shift. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and order processing. Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed.

Warehouse Experience Crane Operation High School / GED
