• Part-time About the Role We're an established eCommerce company looking for a dependable, detail-oriented team member to help with order picking, packing, and shipping.

This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in doing things right, and wants to learn.

We sell memorial products, so care, accuracy, and a respectful approach to our work and customers are essential. What You'll Do Pick, pack, and ship customer orders Use shipping software (we use ShipStation

• we'll train you) Help to receive and stock incoming inventory Help to keep the warehouse clean and organized Perform quality checks on outgoing orders Occasionally assist with basic customer service What We're Looking For Strong attention to detail (this is critical) Reliable and consistent Comfortable with physical work (standing, lifting, packing) Basic computer skills (we use tools like Finale Inventory) Positive, respectful attitude Willingness to learn Nice to Have (Not Required) Warehouse or fulfillment experience eCommerce or inventory system experience Customer service experience Why This Job Matters Every order represents a family trusting us during an important moment.
