We are seeking a motivated Warehouse Assistant to join our team for the Summer Season . HVAC and Plumbing Parts Knowledge and/or Warehouse Experience is ultimately Preferred ! The perfect candidate must have a strong teamwork and organizational skills and a self motivated spirit. Technical skills following inventories, spreadsheeting and controls systems are a must. Ability to work with a strong sense of urgency to drive daily results, create a vision, set goals and work with the team to exude accountability. To perform all duties of the warehouse as the assistant, including receiving orders, pulling orders, running parts, performing restock and parts purchasing of the company. The initial task will be to work with the team and execute an updated inventory and purchasing system. Ordering and purchasing equipment and materials, inventory stocking program, ability to perform all warehouse functions. Clear and concise communications with management, staff and outside vendors.Pay:
Salary Top Pay for Top Talent Compensation will depend on experience and will increase with skills and continued education along with taking on more of the management duties. Top Pay for Direct HVAC and Plumbing Parts Knowledge and Warehousing Skills!General Hours:
7:00am - 5:00pm, Monday to Friday with additional availability 6am-6pm, occasional nights and weekendsRequired Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- High school diploma or its equivalent
- HVAC and/or Plumbing industry knowledge is preferred
- Computer skills with Microsoft Office including Excel
- Experience creating Inventory Systems
- Ability to multi-task
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced customer service skills
- Ability to set and manage timeline goals
- Strong problem solving skills
- Energetic personality
- Professional phone skills
