Experience is helpful but not necessary. Pay will depend on experience. Candidate must be able to arrive to work on a daily basis and arrive on time. If you can not do so please do not apply. Mondays-Fridays 7am-3:30 pm Duties Prepare surfaces for powder coating by cleaning, sanding, or masking as needed. Operate powder coating equipment and apply coatings according to specifications. Conduct inspections of coated products to identify defects or inconsistencies. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and implement lean manufacturing principles. Use hand tools and power tools effectively for assembly and repair tasks as necessary. Cleaning and putting stuff away around the shop Washing trucks and equipment Paint projects Qualifications Proven experience in industrial painting or construction painting is preferred. Familiarity with powder coating techniques and equipment is a plus. Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Ability to work effectively in a team environment while also being self-motivated. Knowledge of lean manufacturing practices is beneficial but not required.
