Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dependable General Laborer to join our dynamic team! In this energetic role, you will be an essential part of our operations, performing a variety of physical tasks to support Roofing, and siding projects. Your enthusiasm and strong work ethic will help ensure projects run smoothly and efficiently. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop new skills while contributing to meaningful work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials or equipment safely and efficiently Prepare work sites by cleaning, organizing, and setting up tools and supplies Support skilled tradespeople by providing necessary materials and tools promptly Perform general cleanup duties to maintain a safe and tidy work environment Operate basic hand tools and machinery, adhering to safety protocols Follow instructions from supervisors to complete assigned tasks accurately and on time Report any safety hazards or equipment issues immediately to ensure a secure workplace Qualifications Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions clearly Reliable with a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills Prior experience in construction or similar environments is a plus but not required Basic knowledge of safety procedures and proper use of tools is desirable Must be able to climb ladders, not afraid of heights Have reliable transportation to both the main Office and Jobsites Join us in this energetic role where your effort makes a real impact!
