Note:
Candidates hired for the night shift will begin their training and regular duties on the night schedule.

Full-Time Job Summary Our client is a leading adhesives provider focusing on perfecting adhesives and sealants across all industries throughout the world. This immediate opportunity in Walker, MI, offers a dynamic work environment with the potential for transition onto our clients W2 after contract completion.
Role Description:
Prepare raw materials and packaging by identifying and transporting the correct quantities to the production area, reporting any deviations, and documenting processes. Consistently maintain material levels for all machines and mixers Repack materials; direct hands-on material handling Monitor equipment to ensure smooth operations and maintain desired production rates. Consistent and efficient hi-lo operations Check labels and packaging materials to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards. Package final products in line with high-quality expectations. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Follow all company safety, environmental, and quality standards. Complete additional duties as requested by the Production Manager or Supervisor.
Required Skills:
Previous experience operating a forklift in a warehouse or industrial setting is required. Packout and general operation support experience. Chemical and specialized mixing experience is a priority Periodically wear a respirator. Ability to read and comprehend work orders, safety regulations, and quality procedures.
