Packaging Associate Job Responsibilities As a Heavy Industrial Packaging Associate, you will: Build custom skids and industrial packaging materials Band and secure heavy steel coils Operate forklifts and overhead cranes safely Weigh and tag inventory using computer software Read work instructions and production paperwork Perform basic math calculations including fractions and decimals Maintain a clean and safety-focused work environment Lift and move materials up to 75 lbs This is an active, hands-on manufacturing position requiring focus, reliability, and attention to detail.

Manufacturing Job Requirements To qualify for this Packaging Associate position, candidates should have: At least 1 year of manufacturing or warehouse experience Forklift experience preferred Overhead crane experience preferred Reliable transportation to Wixom, MI Ability to pass a drug screen Strong attendance and job stability Ability to lift up to 75 lbs regularly Basic computer and inventory tracking skills
