Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate with strong forklift knowledge to support daily warehouse and production operations. This role is responsible for material movement, inventory accuracy, and maintaining a safe, organized work environment. Key Responsibilities Operate forklifts (sit‑down electric/propane) to move materials throughout receiving, storage, production, and shipping areas Load and unload trucks, pallets, and containers while ensuring safe and accurate handling Pick, pack, and stage orders according to production and shipping requirements Perform inventory tasks including scanning, labeling, cycle counts, and system updates Maintain warehouse organization through proper storage, housekeeping, and adherence to safety procedures Support production workflow by delivering raw materials and removing finished goods Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Forklift experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Safety‑focused mindset and dependable work habits
