Position Summary:
The Warehouse Technician supports both the Live Events and Integration divisions by ensuring the accurate preparation, shipping, receiving, and organization of audiovisual equipment and materials. This position is cross trained to handle responsibilities for event gear, installation projects, and day-to-day warehouse operations. The role involves maintaining a well-organized warehouse, collaborating with project managers and technicians, and ensuring equipment and materials are project-ready and delivered on time.
Responsibilities:
Pull, stage, and return gear and cable for Live Events and Integration projects. Organize equipment by project and prepare pallets for shipping or technician pickup. Ship and receive packages from all carriers, including freight companies. Work in Q360 to ship and receive equipment for projects. Learn and utilize R2 Rental Equipment software for event gear tracking (training provided). Support in-house setups and testing of equipment as requested. Assist with loading and unloading trucks. Operate forklifts and Hi-Lo equipment in a safe and professional manner (training provided). Manage incoming small parcel shipments for Accounting, IT, and QC. Handle tool sign-outs and maintain inventory of installation tools and consumables. Perform weekly inventories of materials and equipment. Assist with managed service requests, RMAs, and other Integration shipments. Create project-related documentation, labels, and spreadsheets as needed. Work with project managers and technicians to ensure project readiness. Make local deliveries or sub-rent returns when required. Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety standards. Perform other duties as assigned.
Skills/Qualifications:
Previous warehouse, logistics, or AV equipment experience preferred. Valid Chauffer's License and DOT Medical Card (preferred, not required). Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Proficient with basic computer applications, including Word and Excel. Detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining accuracy and professionalism. Team-oriented with a positive and flexible attitude.

Reaching above shoulder height, below the waist, or lifting as required to store or retrieve materials is necessary. Proper lifting techniques are required. Completion of project-related tasks. Accurate and timely shipping/receiving of equipment. Conduct weekly inventories. Clear and timely communication with warehouse and project teams. Following warehouse processes for project preparedness.
