Material Handler $20/HR- $25/HR All Shifts Available Position Overview The Material Handler plays a key role in daily warehouse operations, supporting shipping , receiving , inventory movement , and production . You'll operate a variety of material‑handling equipment, fulfill orders accurately, and help keep products moving efficiently throughout the facility. Key Responsibilities Order Picking — Pick and pack orders using pick sheets and RF scanners with accuracy and speed Material Movement — Transport products using pallet jacks and forklifts Forklift Operation — Operate reach trucks, stand‑up, and sit‑down forklifts Truck Loading — Load and unload inbound/outbound shipments safely Pallet Building — Build pallets and prepare materials for shipment or storage Shipping & Receiving — Support dock operations and verify incoming/outgoing materials Inventory Tracking — Update counts and transactions using the Epicor ERP system Cross‑Department Support — Assist multiple departments and production teams as needed Qualifications Warehouse Experience prior warehouse experience required Forklift Skills — 1+ year operating reach, stand‑up, or sit‑down forklifts Shipping/Receiving — Experience is a plus Tech Comfort — Able to use RF scanners and basic computer systems Physical Ability — Lift, move, and handle materials throughout the shift Teamwork — Flexible, reliable, and strong work ethic Why You'll Love Working Here Career Growth — We promote from within and have a strong track record of developing leads and managers Stable Schedule — Consistent 3‑day workweek with full‑time hours Competitive Pay — $20-$25/hr depending on shift, with potential shift incentives Growing Company — Join a team that's expanding and investing in its people Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Anoka, MN.
