POSITION SUMMARY

As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for assisting and serving customers and other warehouse staff with customer requests in a distribution warehouse setting. This role involves loading and unloading products and materials, stocking and/or shelving products, helping with inventory and direct-to-customer supply and customer service. Additionally, this role will be responsible for helping keep the warehouse, surrounding grounds and yard in a neat and orderly condition.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

: Must be at least 18 years of age. High School Diploma or equivalent. One year of experience in a warehouse or similar setting. Forklift certification or the ability to become certified (training provided by employer). One year of customer service or sales experience preferred. Familiarity with the construction industry preferred.

Load and unload trucks, trailers or other transport devices; manages the proper storage of items. Receive, ship, store, and/or move materials within the warehouse and maintains accurate records. Operates forklift safely and keeps the warehouse and grounds clean and orderly. Prepares trucks for supply delivery and performs additional warehouse or delivery related duties as necessary or assigned. Advocate for Tenet's Mission, Vision, Values and Employee Operating Code.

Pay Range:

The pay range is $36,300 - $54,100, depending on job related knowledge, skills, and experience.
