This hands-on role blends forklift operation, inventory support, and system accuracy. Core Responsibilities Safely operate forklifts to move, load, and unload materials. Deliver materials to production areas and maintain accurate inventory locations. Perform ERP transactions with a high level of accuracy. Conduct daily equipment inspections and follow all safety procedures. Assist with inventory counts and material verification processes. Follow work instructions, quality standards, and safety protocols. Support continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback and ideas. Job Requirements Must-Have:

Manufacturing experience Experience with ERP systems Inventory or cycle counting experience. Work Environment & Physical Requirements Active role requiring standing, bending, lifting, and frequent forklift use Ability to climb in and out of equipment regularly. Exposure to varying temperatures, noise, and industrial environments. Occasional handling of materials such as paints, solvents, and other chemicals.
