Job Summary:

Our client is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support daily fulfillment and warehouse operations. This role is responsible for accurate pick/pack of customer orders, kitting and light assembly, inventory verification, and maintaining quality and safety standards. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in accuracy, enjoys hands-on work, and values teamwork in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform accurate picking, packing, and preparation of customer fulfillment orders Complete kitting and light assembly work according to established procedures Verify product inventory and warehouse locations during order fulfillment Follow all quality control processes to ensure accuracy and compliance Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas in accordance with safety policies Safely and efficiently operate material handling equipment as required Assist team members to ensure timely and accurate order completion Support shipping, staging, and order close-out activities Demonstrate regular, punctual attendance and professional workplace behavior Perform additional warehouse and operational duties as assigned

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred Prior warehouse or fulfillment experience preferred Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Forklift experience is a plus Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds independently; heavier items with team assistance Ability to stand, walk, bend, stretch, and perform physical tasks for extended periods

Working Conditions:

1. Regular standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift 2. Use of material handling equipment as required 3. Exposure to typical warehouse conditions, including varying temperatures 4. Adherence to all safety, quality, and operational procedures 5. Physical activity required for extended periods
