You will leverage your technical skills in inventory management and material handling to drive operational efficiency and support our high-volume distribution goals. Responsibilities Execute the precise processing of inbound and outbound freight to maintain high service levels. Generate essential shipping documentation, including bills of lading and manifests, to ensure regulatory and operational compliance. Collaborate with carrier partners and internal teams to streamline freight scheduling and shipment tracking. Validate shipment accuracy and inventory integrity to minimize discrepancies and support supply chain reliability. Operate powered industrial equipment to safely move, load, and stage materials throughout the facility. Utilize ERP and specialized shipping software to manage logistics transactions and maintain real-time data accuracy. Participate in cycle counts and inventory control initiatives to optimize stock availability. Uphold a high standard of workplace safety and organization to foster a productive environment. Qualifications Required Skills Proven experience in a warehouse, logistics, or distribution environment. Proficiency in operating various types of forklifts and powered industrial equipment. Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting. Fundamental computer literacy and the aptitude to master new logistics management systems. Preferred Skills Hands-on experience with major shipping platforms such as UPS WorldShip or FedEx Ship Manager. Prior exposure to ERP systems for inventory or order management. Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team-oriented, high-growth culture.
