About the Role We're looking for a dependable Warehouse Associate to join our fulfillment team. This is an entry-level position — no prior warehouse experience required. If you're reliable, ready to learn, and looking for a place to build a career, we'll train you and give you room to grow. What You'll Do Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and on time Receive and stock incoming inventory Help keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe Use handheld scanners and basic order systems (we'll train you) Support both retail and direct-to-consumer order fulfillment Pitch in across the team as needed during busy periods What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent Strong work ethic and reliable attendance Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active on your feet throughout a shift Attention to detail and willingness to learn A team-first attitude Why Join Us Hands-on training — no experience needed Clear path to grow into team lead and supervisor roles as you prove yourself Stable schedule with part-time and full-time options Be part of a growing, multi-brand company Schedule & Benefits Full-Time (40 hours/week): Medical and Optical insurance after 30 days, 401(k) eligibility after 6 months, and paid time off (PTO).
