Opportunity:
Ryder is currently hiring a full time, temp to hire Warehouse Material Handler to join our team in Eagan, MN. This opportunity has potential to become a permanent role based on performance. You'll be part of a safe, team-oriented warehouse environment supporting the handling and distribution of agricultural supplies using powered industrial equipment like forklifts and pallet jacks.
What You'll Be Doing:
(Duties)
  • Accurately transfer products / parts, both physically and logically, into and/or out of warehouse locations, load / unload material, move products throughout the facility without the use of powered industrial equipment and perform inventory counts as required.
  • Read, interpret and accomplish WMS reports, recognize and correct potential process errors before actions adversely affect the customer.
  • Perform ware house funtion, which may include loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting
  • Prepare Receiving / Storage / Shipping documentations retaining product accountability throughout the logistical process.
  • Aware of and follows location and work center Safety and Security policies and procedures.
  • 1 year or more related warehouse experience
  • Comfortable using Forklift sit down/stand up, Pallet Jack, Cherry Picker
  • Position may require lifting of 40-60lbs.
  • Must be available to work on a flexible schedule on the various work shifts.
