Warehouse Associate / Delivery Driver Ron The Sewer Rat - 1.0 Eagan, MN Job Details Full-time $20 - $25 an hour 1 hour ago Qualifications Outdoor work Driver's License Full Job Description The Warehouse Associate / Delivery Driver plays a critical role in supporting daily operations by maintaining warehouse organization, ensuring inventory accuracy, preparing materials for technicians, and safely delivering equipment and supplies to job sites and company facilities. This position helps ensure technicians have the right tools, materials, and equipment available to serve customers efficiently and professionally. Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record Ability to lift 75+ pounds repeatedly Forklift experience preferred (not required) Previous warehouse, delivery, construction, plumbing, HVAC, or home service experience preferred Strong organizational skills Positive attitude and willingness to help where needed Success Measures Inventory accuracy On-time deliveries Warehouse organization standards Technician readiness support Safety compliance Attendance and reliability Physical Requirements Frequent lifting up to 75 pounds Standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and climbing throughout the workday Working indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions
Warehouse Operations :
Assist with all inventory receiving and stocking operations Organize warehouse materials, equipment, and supplies Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse, vehicle staging areas Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts Pull materials and equipment for technicians and service vehicles Assist with loading and unloading deliveries
Delivery & Transportation :
Safely operate company vehicles Deliver materials, equipment, and supplies to technicians, job sites, vendors, and company locations Verify accuracy of deliveries and pickups Maintain delivery logs and required documentation Assist with vehicle inspections and basic maintenance reporting
Fleet & Equipment Support :
Help maintain technician truck readiness Assist with equipment organization and tracking Support vehicle inventory and warehouse inventory processes
Safety & Compliance :
Follow company safety procedures Maintain clean driving record Properly secure loads and materials during transport Operate warehouse equipment safely
