This position helps ensure technicians have the right tools, materials, and equipment available to serve customers efficiently and professionally. Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record Ability to lift 75+ pounds repeatedly Forklift experience preferred (not required) Previous warehouse, delivery, construction, plumbing, HVAC, or home service experience preferred Strong organizational skills Positive attitude and willingness to help where needed Success Measures Inventory accuracy On-time deliveries Warehouse organization standards Technician readiness support Safety compliance Attendance and reliability Physical Requirements Frequent lifting up to 75 pounds Standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and climbing throughout the workday Working indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions
