• Overview
• Join a fast-paced, high-volume warehouse team that supports the production and distribution of well-known personal care products like shampoos, conditioners, and body wash. In this hands-on role, you'll play a key part in keeping operations moving—using material handling equipment, RF scanners, and your attention to detail to ensure accurate, on-time order fulfillment.
• What You'll Do
• + Safely operate

• to move materials and finished goods throughout the facility + Use

• to transport product and build stable, accurate pallets + Leverage

• to pick orders, verify product details, and maintain inventory accuracy + Stage, label, and organize materials for shipment according to work instructions + Support

• using both RF systems and manual processes + Operate
• pallet wrapping equipment
• to secure shipments safely and efficiently + Assist with general warehouse tasks including loading, organizing, and moving products + Provide support to
• shipping operations
• as needed (not primary focus) + Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment + Work independently and collaboratively to meet daily productivity and quality goals
• What You Bring

• Required:

• + 2+ years of warehouse experience, with a focus on order picking + At least 1 year of
• forklift operating experience
• + Strong experience using
• RF scanners
• + Ability to lift up to
• 45 lbs consistently
• + Comfort working in a
• fast-paced, physically active environment
• + High attention to detail and accuracy + Reliable team player with the ability to work independently
• Preferred (Nice to Have):
• + Shipping & receiving experience + Familiarity with shipping software + Experience with electric pallet jacks and pallet wrapping equipment + Inventory control experience (RF + manual systems)

• This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Eagan, MN.
• Pay and Benefits
• The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your jobclassification and length of employment.
