Trystars team members are our most important asset, we are in search of a Material Handler, for our Faribault, MN facility. This position plays a critical role in achieving our strategic objectives. Trystars Material Handler Dock Put Away position is an important part of Trystars plan to become the worlds foremost custom solution provider. Under the direction of the Materials Supervisor, the Material Handler Dock Put Away will be responsible for helping in the execution of the receiving and putting away of inbound material to specified locations with the assistance of a forklift and HHCs to execute on the vision of the Materials team mission of having the right inventory, in the right place, at the right time.

Read, comprehend, and execute processes and procedures according to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) which are necessary to properly operate equipment and manufacture the product. Learn to pull, issue, transfer parts within Epicor (ERP). Learn to use/get certified on various forklifts.

Will be able to read and understand Job travelers & sales orders.

Perform cycle counts.

Clean, restock, and organize the warehouse area.

Perform other projects and duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma Ability to read instructions, safely operate machines and visually inspect purchased partsAccuracy and timeliness in completion of work assignments is a mustStrong communications skillsAbility to multitask and set priorities.

Outstanding attention to detail, organizational and coordination abilitiesAbility to lift and carry up to 50 pounds Must be able to read, write and comprehend plant directives written in English.

Frequent lifting, standing, bending & reaching required.

Able to pass a pre-employment physical and drug test.

Must adhere to all the PPE requirements to perform the job safely, this includes but is not limited to, Eye, Hand, Feet, and Hearing protection.

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

Have basic computer skills and accurate data entry experience for receiving and issuing products.

Perform simple mathematics to comprehend and interpret process sheets, SOP manuals, tally sheets, etc. and to keep accurate account of materials used during manufacturing process including scrap amounts.
