A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A WAREHOUSE LEAD ORDER SELECTOR

- Perform Order Selector duties, support and develop the warehouse team.
- Pick fast & pick easy

- positions requires walking, lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying, climbing, bending, twisting, reaching, etc.
Schedule:
Sunday hours 9:00am to Finish (approx. 6:00pm) Monday- Thursday hours 12:30pm to Finish (approx.
Responsibilities:
Communicate clearly and effectively with other Leads and co-workers. Collaborate workload with other Lead and provide coverage when other Lead has time off. Train new hires, recommend and implement new training strategies. Work with supervisor on resolving errors, recommended new process to prevent future errors. Coach employees with performance or productivity issues. Recognize staffing needs. Assist with determining staffing levels and assigning workload; to include training and cross-training. Flexible with schedule, willing to work additional hours or different hours to cover staffing shortage. Assist with staffing/scheduling (holidays, change in weather, customer's needs change, vacation, employees calling in sick or not showing up, etc.) Stock and backstock snack and beverage throughout the day. Ensure end of day tasks are completed. Responsible for closing and locking warehouse. Assist in writing warehouse orders to keep a continuous supply of products for our customers while maintaining FIFO. (First In First Out.) Working hours: 12:30 PM- 8:30

High School Experience:
1-4 yearsQualifications:
2-year warehouse experience required. Lead experience preferred Forklift certified or capable of being certified. Valid Non-CDL Class D driver's license and good driving record.
