Job Description
Entry-level production role focused on material handling, part preparation, packaging, and plant floor support in a powder coating and dye sublimation environment. Job Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly Ability to stand, move, and lift for approximately 70% of the shift Ability to sit and perform production tasks for approximately 30% of the shift Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment Ability to follow safety procedures No prior experience required Preferred Skills Experience using power tools Experience with sanding Experience with coating or finishing Production or assembly experience Experience preparing parts for coating, finishing, or packaging Experience packaging finished products Job Responsibilities Assist with daily production on the plant floor Move, load, unload, and organize materials Prepare parts for coating, finishing, or packaging Package finished products Support powder coating and dye sublimation production processes Maintain clean and safe work areas Follow supervisor instructions and safety procedures
