Job Description
Job Summary We are growing fishing lure company in Maple Grove Minnesota, looking for additional production team members! Reach out to tour the shop and to set up an interview. Responsibilities Hands on Fishing Lure assembly. Job duties may include pouring two part resin, sanding, assembling, priming, painting, packaging, shipping, and other duties as assigned. Requirements Must have a good attention to detail. This is an entry level position and no experience is necessary! In 2020 Throwback was founded by (myself) Kyle after my Film & Photo business ran dry due to the Covid shutdown. Determined to remain self employed I began a new venture of creating swimbaits. Very quickly this became a new addiction of mine and I was dead set on creating a business around it. Thanks to my wife Nicholette and my mom Linda for being my first employees, we were able to build something special. Fast forward to 2022 I brought on two of my best friends Doug & Billy as business partners, and it's been pedal to the metal ever since.
