Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Associate to support daily plant operations. This role involves operating equipment, maintaining product quality, and working collaboratively with team members to meet production goals. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, safety-conscious, and able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Duties Operate work equipment, including forklifts, power tools, and specialized plant instruments Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure timely and compliant job completion Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders Assist in training team members and support various operational areas as needed Maintain cleanliness and overall appearance of the facility and surrounding workspaces Prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently with minimal supervision Troubleshoot and assist with repairs, which may involve heavy lifting and working in confined spaces Ensure assembly quality, consistency, and final product standards are met Perform other duties as assigned Skills Proven experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and order pickers within a warehouse setting. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, and AS400 software. Strong knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures and order fulfillment processes. Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for inventory counts and order processing. Experience with warehouse distribution logistics in an e-commerce or retail environment. Competence in packaging products securely for shipment while minimizing damage. Good understanding of inventory control methods such as stock stocking, picking & packing, and MRP (Material Requirements Planning). Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in record keeping and data entry. Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced setting while adhering to safety standards. This role is essential in ensuring efficient warehouse operations that support timely delivery of products.
