Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic Warehouse - Material Handler/Driver to join our team! In this vital role, you will be responsible for efficiently coordinating warehouse operations to support daily installations. Responsibilities include staging next-day materials, processing inventory returns, and managing supply tracking. Proven ability to maintain warehouse safety and assist with heavy lifting, vehicle loading, and on-site deliveries. Responsibilities Shift Punctuality & Readiness Arrive on time and be ready to start at the designated shift time. Installer Dispatch & Scheduling Assist Department Managers to ensure installers depart within 20 minutes of arriving. Review the installation schedule two days in advance to pull, stage, and verify all required materials; notify managers of any missing items. Report on the status of all pulled jobs to Department Managers at the end of each day. Pull truck stock for Service technicians and alert the Service Manager to any shortages. Inventory & Warehouse Organization Apply working knowledge of warehouse processes to maintain a safe, clean, and efficient facility. Receive, mark (with job name/number), and stage deliveries in designated areas. Put away excess materials brought back by installers and process return-to-stock items. Restock items, notify the Warehouse Supervisor of shortages, and check with the Fabricator for needed stock. List return-to-stock materials for the Installation Manager to coordinate vendor returns. Conduct physical inventory upon request with other team members. [1] Daily Maintenance & Safety Maintain a current forklift operating certificate and adhere to all safety protocols. Remove scrap material to designated zones. Pick up garbage and maintain the cleanliness of the warehouse, yard, and building grounds. Secure and lock up the building and yard at the end of each day. Perform other duties, projects, and cross-departmental tasks as assigned. Requirements Core Qualifications & Education •
Education:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent (preferred). •
Experience:
Proven experience in the HVAC industry with a strong working knowledge of both residential and commercial equipment. Certifications & Licensing •
Driver's License:
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record in your state of employment. •
Forklift:
Current Forklift operating certificate. • Physical & Operational Requirements •
Equipment Handling:
Experience safely operating warehouse equipment, including dollies and pallet jacks. •
Screening:

$22.00 - $30.00 per hour
