Based on experience 🚚 About the Role Join a fast‑paced, hands‑on warehouse team where you'll handle shipping , receiving , order picking , and inventory control . You'll operate forklifts , cherry pickers , pallet jacks , and use RF scanners and SAP to keep products moving accurately and safely. 🔧 What You'll Do Load & unload trucks — safely and efficiently Pick orders using RF scanners Operate forklifts & cherry pickers (up to 20-30 ft) Stock and put away materials Wrap, label, and prep pallets for shipment Perform cycle counts and basic inventory tasks Update inventory in SAP Lift 25-50 lbs as needed Maintain a clean, safe workspace 🧰 What You Need 1+ year forklift & cherry picker experience 1+ year warehouse/order picking experience Ability to lift 25-50 lbs Comfortable working at heights Experience with RF scanners & basic computer systems SAP or WMS experience preferred Strong attention to detail and safety mindset ⭐ Why You'll Love Working Here Stable company with a family‑style culture Great benefits after hire: medical, dental, vision Holiday pay, PTO, and real growth opportunities Company‑paid equipment certifications plus a pay bump Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bloomington, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
