Material Handler (Forklift Operator) 1st Shift | 4-Day Workweek | Climate-Controlled Warehouse Build Stability in a Reliable Warehouse Role We are hiring a skilled Material Handler to support daily warehouse operations and keep production running efficiently. This role is ideal for someone experienced with forklifts and inventory management who is looking for consistent hours, strong benefits, and long-term opportunity. What You'll Do Receive, inspect, and store incoming raw materials Organize inventory within a multi-level racking system Operate both sit-down and stand-up forklifts safely and efficiently Pull, stage, and deliver materials to production teams Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts Support the transition to a new inventory system (TCM Workwise) Follow all safety procedures and warehouse standards

What You Bring Required:

2+ years of material handling experience using forklifts At least 1 year of inventory management experience Experience operating both sit-down and stand-up forklifts Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

Preferred:

Experience with TCM Workwise or similar inventory systems
