Warehouse & Assembly Associate (Temp-to-Hire) - $21.50-22/hr
Location:
Minnetonka, MN Schedule:
Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM About the Role We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse & Assembly Associate to join our team in Minnetonka. This is a hands-on role combining warehouse operations with light manufacturing and assembly work. If you enjoy working with tools, building components, and being part of a production team, this is a great opportunity to grow. Key Responsibilities Warehouse & Shipping Pick and process sales orders accurately and efficiently Pack and ship orders using freight systems (UPS, FedEx, DHL, Dayton Freight, and LTL carriers) Receive incoming shipments and stock inventory (bin loading) Assembly & Production Assemble components and piece parts for rectifier assemblies Perform value-added tasks such as: Soldering and crimping terminals Installing shrink tubing Using presses to attach leads Marking parts with labeling equipment Operate production tools including drill presses Manufacture bus bars and complete final assemblies Package finished products for shipment (wrapping, strapping, etc.) General Duties Read and follow work instructions, CAD drawings, and technical specifications Monitor and maintain inventory of parts, tools, and materials Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace Follow all safety procedures and warehouse protocols Qualifications High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required Ability to read technical instructions and CAD drawings Comfortable using hand tools and mechanical equipment Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Forklift certification required within 90 days of hire Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs Frequent bending and lifting required Additional Requirements Ability to pass a background check and drug screening Commitment to maintaining safe and orderly warehouse operations What We Offer Competitive pay at $21.50- 22/hour Temp-to-hire opportunity with long-term potential Stable weekday schedule - no weekends Hands-on training and skill development opportunities All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
