Company Intro:
With operations in eight US states and Canada, Parts Midwest, Inc. (PMI), is a part of the Scipi Family of Companies and is a 100% employee-owned company. PMI exists to assist OEM new vehicle dealerships earn their customers' OEM vehicle accessories dollars through all available dealership channels. This position is located at our Parts Midwest Mounds View location. Mounds View is a part of the Twin Cities gateway which sits at the juncture of I-35W and Mounds View Blvd. The city is surrounded by Blaine, Arden Hills, New Brighton, Fridley, and Spring Lake Park. Mounds View is home to Silver View Park and Mounds View Historical Society Museum.
Position Description:
This position is responsible for performing the shipping and receiving functions of our warehouse products. This position has a base hourly range of $19 - $23 per hour.
Essential Functions Warehouse Operations:
receive and stock merchandise, fill customer orders, and ship products
Workflow Management & Organization:
maintain strong organization, adapt to shifting tasks, and support efficient workflow across multiple functions

consistently demonstrate precision and attention to detail in all assigned tasks

maintain a clean work environment, live the company values, collaborate in a team setting, and perform additional duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
High attention to detail and accuracy Basic computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Strong organizational skills Mental flexibility Effective verbal communication skills Ability to meet daily deadlines under pressure Ability to understand and follow all safety guidelines set forth in warehouse setting
Required Experience:
Valid Class D Driver's License HS Diploma or equivalent Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and physical
Preferred Experience:
1+ years of warehouse experience Forklift and/or reach truck experience Prior experience working with tires/wheels
Working Conditions:
Ability to be on feet 8 hours/day on cement Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. with proper lifting tools and techniques Ability to work in conditions such as dusty environment, variable climate conditions, etc. Overtime as required by fluctuating warehouse needs We are an equal opportunity employer.
