You will ensure that products are safely transported, stored, and prepared for distribution, directly impacting our ability to meet customer demand with precision and speed. Responsibilities Operate various material handling equipment, including sit-down, stand-up, and high-reach forklifts, to move products throughout the facility. Utilize RF scanners to accurately track inventory, pick orders, and verify shipment details. Execute loading and unloading tasks while maintaining strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols. Organize and secure merchandise through wrapping, sorting, and palletizing to ensure product integrity. Maintain a clean, orderly, and efficient workspace to support high-volume production standards. Perform routine equipment checks, including battery maintenance, to ensure operational readiness. Required Skills Proven experience operating industrial forklifts and pallet jacks. Ability to work in diverse temperature environments, including cold storage. Physical capability to lift up to 70 lbs and maneuver in tight or elevated spaces. Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety standards. Preferred Skills Prior experience in a high-volume warehouse or distribution center.
