We currently have an open position for a Warehouse Specialist in Oakdale, Minnesota. The Warehouse Specialist is responsible for receiving, storing, and distributing materials while maintaining accurate inventory and supporting efficient and safe warehouse operations. What you'll do Receive all incoming products, inspects items for damage, and promptly notifies recipients of deliveries. Manage outbound shipments, coordinating with carriers (e.g., UPS, FedEx) to secure appropriate service levels and pricing, and schedules customer deliveries. Deliver equipment and products to locations specified by field engineers. Support field engineers with installation and de-installation activities; dismantle pre-owned equipment for parts. Investigate and resolve warehouse-related issues by collaborating with Service and Finance/Accounting teams. Maintain accurate inventory through regular cycle counts and annual physical inventories. Perform routine maintenance on warehouse equipment and vehicles to ensure safe and reliable operation. Ensure the warehouse remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards. Procure warehouse supplies and office materials as needed. Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment safely and in accordance with guidelines. Complete all required documentation and enter data accurately into warehouse management systems. Demonstrate a strong customer-focused approach, delivering responsive and professional service to both internal and external customers. Communicate effectively with employees across the organization to support collaboration and drive company results. Qualifications Education, Certification, & Licenses High school diploma or equivalent. Must have and maintain a valid driver's license and clean driving record. Experience Two to four years of warehouse, logistics, or related experience. Skills Strong verbal and written communication skills. High attention to detail and accuracy. Problem-solving skills and solid technical aptitude. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, as well as independently with minimal supervision. Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and working knowledge of computer systems, including ERP platforms. Ability to safely operate a forklift.
