Benefits Available! Weekly Pay! $20.00/
Hour Shift:
8am - 4:30 pm
Duties:
Receiving Inspection:
Unpack incoming customer shipments and prepare tools for the next stage in the repair process. Accurately, log received items using the SAP system (training provided).
Shipping Fulfillment:
Prepare and package outbound shipments, ensuring proper documentation and labeling. Complete Hazmat paperwork for applicable shipments (UPS / FedEx / LTL).
Inventory Material Handling:
Assist in warehousing and inventory control of spare parts and packaging materials. Organize and replenish packaging supplies to ensure availability and accessibility.
Workplace Organization Safety:
Maintain a clean and orderly work environment in accordance with 5S standards (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain). Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement using LEAN practices.
Team Collaboration Performance:
Support team goals by completing tasks efficiently and meeting key performance indicators (KPIs). Participate in cross-functional tasks and other duties as assigned.
Warehouse conditions:
Temperature control warehouse (heat and air condition) Workshop environment is subject to noise, dust and other particles
Safety Equipment Required:
Must observe and abide by any and all safety regulations as required by client and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) Proper labeling and handling of hazardous materials per client and OSHA policy Must wear steel toe boots, safety glasses, gloves, and other safety equipment as required when working in the warehouse and/or operating machinery
Physical Requirements:
Regular heavy lifting of 50 + lbs. Occasional heavy lifting up to 75 lbs. required Warehouse material handling equipment and truck loading / unloading Must be able to tolerate prolonged standing, repetitive bending and reaching, and climbing up and down ladders
Skills:
Comfortable using computers and software tools Excellent attention to detail Power equipment skills like pallet jack Effective oral communication skills Ability to work in a team environment and maintain self-responsibility Ability to stay committed, maintain integrity, and practice innovation Ability to maintain a high sense of urgency
Education:
High School Diploma or GED, preferred
