Job Description

Job Summary Join our dynamic warehouse team as a Warehouse Associate, where your energy and attention to detail will drive our distribution operations forward! In this vital role, you will be responsible for efficiently handling inventory, operating heavy equipment, and supporting order fulfillment processes. Your proactive approach will ensure smooth warehouse distribution, accurate inventory management, and safe handling of materials. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in warehouse management systems, heavy equipment operation, and materials handling while contributing to a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Duties Safely operate heavy equipment including forklifts, reach trucks, cranes, pallet jacks, and order pickers to load, unload, and transport materials throughout the warehouse Manage inventory control by accurately tracking stock levels using warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners Assist with order picking, packing, and shipping & receiving tasks to ensure timely order fulfillment Support warehouse distribution activities by stocking shelves, organizing materials, and maintaining a clean work environment Conduct regular inventory audits and assist with cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy Handle materials with care during heavy lifting and mechanical operations following OSHA safety standards Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize workflow and improve overall warehouse efficiency Requirements Proven experience in warehouse operations or distribution centers with familiarity in warehouse management systems (WMS) Valid certification or experience operating heavy equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, cranes, pallet jacks, and order pickers Strong knowledge of inventory management, stock control procedures, and materials handling techniques Mechanical knowledge related to equipment maintenance and troubleshooting is a plus Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently throughout the shift Prior experience in shipping & receiving, order fulfillment, or manufacturing environments preferred Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and best practices for warehouse safety Join us as a Warehouse Associate and become an essential part of our logistics team!
