Job Description
Warehouse & Delivery Associate About Us Zepole Supply Co. is a leading distributor of commercial foodservice equipment and supplies, serving restaurants, institutions, and foodservice operators throughout the Midwest. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dependable and motivated Warehouse & Delivery Associate to support our new Minnesota location. This position plays a key role in warehouse operations, order fulfillment, inventory management, and customer deliveries. The ideal candidate is organized, safety-conscious, customer-focused, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Responsibilities Warehouse Operations Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently. Verify products and quantities to ensure order accuracy. Receive, unload, inspect, and put away incoming shipments. Load and prepare outbound deliveries and customer pickups. Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse environment. Assist with inventory counts and inventory control activities. Safely operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks. Delivery Responsibilities Deliver products to customers in a safe, timely, and professional manner. Load and unload delivery vehicles efficiently and safely. Verify deliveries and obtain customer signatures when required. Inspect delivery vehicles and report maintenance concerns. Represent the company professionally during all customer interactions. Customer Service & Team Support Provide excellent customer service to customers at delivery locations and branch visitors. Communicate effectively with customers, warehouse personnel, and management. Assist with branch operations and special projects as needed. Support other operational functions to help ensure the success of the Minnesota location. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, order fulfillment, or delivery experience preferred. Recent delivery driving experience preferred. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required. CDL not required. Forklift experience is a plus. Basic computer skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Physical Requirements Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly. Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform physical labor throughout the workday. Ability to climb stairs and work in a warehouse environment.
