Temp-to-Hire Work Environment Note:

This is a rigorous role within a cold, wet, and strong-smelling industrial production facility. Strenuous physical activity is required for the entire shift. Benefits of the general labor worker: Medical, dental, and vision insurance Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Life and disability coverage Accident and critical illness insurance Consistent full-time hours Weekly pay Key responsibilities of the general labor worker: Lift and move products weighing up to 100 lbs. repeatedly Operate knives, cutting tools, and production equipment safely Palletize, wrap, and prepare finished products for shipment Cross-train and assist in multiple departments as needed Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation Requirements of the general labor worker: Ability to repeatedly lift 100 lbs. throughout the shift Comfortable working in cold, wet, and odorous conditions Capability to work safely with knives and sharp tools Reliable transportation to and from the facility Industrial, warehouse, or heavy labor experience is a plus Applicants with prior felony records will be considered
