The Watkins Company has an opening for a Full Time, Material Handler, located in our Winona, MN location. The duties and responsibilities include, but not limited to the following: Loads and unloads trailers and stages incoming material in the correct location. Utilizes the inventory management system to maintain all records; monitors and understands the Bill of Materials, opening and closing of jobs, material transfers, and the shipping and receiving processes. Utilizes and processes all documents effecting inventory such as shipping orders, receiving tickets, reworks, warehouse replenishment, adjustments, and stock status reports. Arranges inventory in an orderly and logical manner and physically moves or rearranges inventory as required. Performs cycle counts. Transports and transfers raw and finished materials and finished goods utilizing material handling equipment and elevators. Ensures accurate reporting of raw and finished materials and finished goods while following procedural requirements. Our ideal candidate will have at minimum: High School Diploma or GED and demonstrate applicable reading and math skills. Previous manufacturing experience working with material handling equipment. Previous experience working with an inventory management system (NetSuite)

• Preferred.

The ability to adapt to changing working environments. Strong problem solving skills and utilize deductive reasoning to evaluate solutions. Demonstrate basic proficiency in computer skills. Successfully complete and pass a strength assessment examination and be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
