Job Description

Duties include: Pick Product based on orders received. Read multi digit numbers and descriptions that are similar and differentiate for accurate pulling of products. Do final inspections before shipping. Package (boxing, taping, labeling) and ship orders accurately and timely. Prepare packing and shipping documents. May be responsible to print shipping labels (UPS and FedEx systems). Check tracking information on miscellaneous orders. Provide tracking information for all outbound freight to various departments. Process end of day reports. Wrap pallets by hand. Operate forklift. Process inventory counts. Assist with inventorying, receiving and stocking supplies. Work in a team environment with a great attitude and flexible approach. Ability to multi-task. Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution. Assume other activities and responsibilities from time to time as directed. Summary of Experience and Education High School Diploma or GED is required . One year industry experience preferred. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Basic computer proficiency and accurate data entry; Microsoft Office, and job specific software. Must be able to add, subtract, multiply and divide using units of U.S. currency, weight, volume and distance, and size measurements. Must be detail oriented, able to perform with great accuracy and have good organizational skills. Perform a visual and mechanical quality check of products. Operate various power tools. Follow instructions. Physical requirements include regular bending, reaching, twisting, walking, standing, as well as lifting and packing boxes weighing up to 50 lbs.
