Warehouse Operations Associate

Position Summary CJC Transport is seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Operations Associate to support daily warehouse activities and assist with basic fleet and facility needs. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable operating forklifts, takes initiative, and is flexible in supporting different operational needs throughout the day. The position will assist with inbound & outbound pallet movements, labeling, material handling, and light equipment upkeep, while helping ensure the warehouse and yard operate smoothly. Key Responsibilities Operate forklifts safely and efficiently for pallet movements, inventory staging, and loading/unloading. Perform general warehouse organization and light facility maintenance. Perform basic light truck maintenance tasks for our fleet, such as checking and topping off fluids, assisting with minor upkeep, and reporting issues. Help maintain clean, organized warehouse and yard areas. Support other operational needs as they arise. Qualifications Strong forklift experience required. Prior warehouse or logistics experience required. Ability to work independently and take initiative without constant direction. Basic mechanical aptitude helpful for light equipment or truck upkeep. Dependable, responsible, and flexible with daily tasks. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a warehouse environment.
