BFW Warehouse Worker - Bethany, MO Position Summary The BFW Warehouse Worker is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations at the Bethany, Missouri distribution facility. This role focuses on accurate order fulfillment , safe material handling , and maintaining an organized warehouse environment . The position is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands‑on work, steady routines, and contributing to a fast‑moving logistics team. Key Responsibilities Order Picking — Accurately select, scan, and prepare customer orders according to pick lists and warehouse standards. Inventory Handling — Receive, stock, and rotate inventory; report discrepancies or damaged goods. Shipping & Receiving — Load and unload trucks, verify shipments, and prepare outgoing freight. Warehouse Organization — Maintain clean, safe, and efficient work areas following company safety guidelines. Team Collaboration — Work closely with supervisors and coworkers to meet daily production goals.
