Material Handler Location :
Bonne Terre, MO Pay:
Starting at $17.00/hourSchedule:
Monday - Friday 7:00AM - 3:30PM PROMAN Staffing is hiring a Material Handler for a hands on role in a fabrication environment locate in Bonne Terre, MO. This position requires reliability, strong work ethic, and the ability to stay productive in a fast-paced setting. You will be responsible for moving materials, supporting production, and operating equipment safely and efficiently.READ BEFORE APPLYING
This is a physical role that requires working in an industrial environment and being exposed to outdoor conditions. Reliability, consistency, and a strong work ethic are non-negotiable. What you'll do:- Load, unload, move, and stage materials throughout the facility
- Operate forklift to transport materials safely
- Support production and fabrication teams with material needs
- Assist with basic MIG welding when needed
- Maintain inventory and ensure materials are in correct locations
- Keep work areas clean and organized
- Follow all safety procedures at all times
- Work with team to maintain production flow
Requirements:
- Previous material handling experience in fabrication preferred
- Previous material handling, warehouse, or production experience preferred
- Forklift experience required
- MIG welding experience preferred
- Class E license preferred
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. continuously throughout shift
- Steel-toed boots required
- Comfortable working in a physically demanding environment with exposure to heat, cold, and outdoor conditions
- Strong attention to detail and safety
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance required
- Must be dependable and hardworking
