Warehouse Associate - 1st Shift Renewal by Andersen is the nation's leader in window replacement, backed by 120+ years of craftsmanship and performance. Role Overview We're looking for a reliable, hard‑working Warehouse Associate in Bridgeton, MO. This role supports daily logistics, inventory accuracy, and material flow for our installation teams. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound/outbound shipments Maintain accurate digital inventory Stage materials for delivery Keep the warehouse clean and compliant Manage service parts and documentation Assist with delivery logistics and job‑site prep Follow all safety standards Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Able to lift up to 100 lbs Construction material knowledge is a plus Basic math and record‑keeping skills Valid driver's license Forklift certification preferred Schedule Mon-Fri | 6:00 AM-2:00 PM Compensation & Benefits $20/hr starting pay Up to $400 monthly incentives Medical, dental, vision 401(k) with company match PTO + paid holidays Employee product discounts Training and advancement opportunities
