Warehouse Worker/Equipment Cleaner Shift:

2nd Shift, 2PM-10:30PM Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The role involves ensuring medical equipment sanitized to maintain a patient-ready condition, adhering to high-quality standards, and meeting both customer and company metrics. This position plays a vital role in maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Responsibilities Disassemble equipment, sanitize to standard, and then reassemble the product. Deliver equipment to patient rooms or standby locations in a patient-ready condition with appropriate software, accessories, and disposables. Communicate confidently with clinical staff regarding equipment features and functionality. Provide quality service and perform to quality standards, meeting customer and company metrics. Pick up, clean, and process all equipment, preparing it for patient-ready use following all company and hospital protocols. Maintain a clean and safe work environment, complying with health and safety protocols. Conduct equipment tracking rounds using handheld scanners to capture equipment activities. Run reports as required by a supervisor and monitor equipment levels. Record all non-functional equipment reported by customers and document all equipment incidents according to company and customer policies. Complete safety inspections and preventative maintenance on equipment when applicable. Provide customer feedback to the supervisor in a timely manner. Comply with HIPAA regulations in all matters. Additional Skills & Qualifications Candidates must be team players and fit well within the company culture. Candidates should be comfortable working in environments with potential exposure to bodily fluids. Work Environment The role involves working in a climate-controlled warehouse. Initial training will take place in Earth City, after which candidates may be transferred to a hospital or another location in the St. Louis area. Shifts are available from 2pm-10:30pm. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Earth City, MO. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
