Job Description

Position reports to:
Warehouse Manager Schedule:
On Call, Start Time 7pm, Sun-Thurs (1-5 days per week as needed) Primary purpose and function of position: Perform night picking and warehouse duties as directed.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Operate walkie riders safely and efficiently Ability to build pallets using voice pick technology Stack and separate empty kegs and pallets Communicate with supervisors and co-workers in a courteous and professional manner Operate as an efficient and productive member on the night loading team Ability to build and load sideload, draught, bulk trucks as well as stage product Clean warehouse as directed Maintain warehouse product rotation standards Other duties as assigned High School diploma or GED certificate required Must have the ability to read, write and follow instructions Ability to safely operate job related equipment Highly self-motivated with a positive attitude Project a friendly, courteous and professional image Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Ability to work on a team with minimal supervision Ability to meet physical requirements of the job including, but not limited to: repetitively handling cases of beer, reaching above head height, climbing, bending, twisting, squatting, and kneeling Ability to frequently lift, carry, push or pull package product weighing 50 plus pounds and draught product weighing 165 plus pounds Regular and reliable attendance required Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and some holidays as needed Ability to pass a required pre-employment physical, background, and drug screening Ability to perform all essential job functions and duties as assigned
