Warehouse Team Member

The position of Warehouse Team Member is a valued member of the Footwear Unlimited Team. The warehouse team works together to ensure the highest level of quality, accuracy, and efficiency with service to our end Customer. Key responsibilities of the position are inbound, order processing, pick/pack, and outbound.

Team Duties and Responsibilities Include:

• Be a valued member of the warehouse team and carry out your job responsibilities to the best of your ability.
• Learn all aspects of the warehouse areas you are specifically trained in and be open/flexible to be cross trained in all functions.

Understand all aspects of the warehouse functions you are trained in. Openness to learn and willingness to be cross-trained. Warehouse functions/requirements as follows based on area assigned: Inbound

• unloading trucks and sorting product. Order processing
• pulling orders, labeling cartons, sorting by destination based on customer requirements. Pick/Pack
• pulling orders by specific item and packing by destination based on customer requirements. Outbound
• loading cartons onto trucks either floor stacked or on pallets based on customer requirements.

Work Safely and follow all company policies/procedures. Ensure a high level of safety, quality, accuracy, and efficiency in all that you do.

Qualifications and Competencies:

2 plus years of warehouse experience or similar type work. Ability to work in warehouse type environment with lifting up to 25-30 lbs. Openness to learn and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities/direction. Willingness to be cross trained on Forklift, and prior forklift experience a plus. Passion for a high level of Safety, Attendance/Dependability, Positive Attitude/Teamwork, Quality/Accuracy, and Efficiency. RF Scanner understanding and learning. WMS experience a plus Starting Pay is $18.00 per hour with opportunities for increases to $19.50 within first 90 days.
