Job Description
Overview We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Warehouse Workers to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced distribution center. This role is essential in ensuring the efficient handling of materials and inventory management, contributing to the overall success of our operations. Ideal candidates will be detail-oriented and capable of performing various warehouse tasks, including picking, packing, and heavy lifting. Duties Efficiently pick and pack orders according to specifications to ensure timely delivery. Handle materials with care, ensuring proper storage and organization within the warehouse. Conduct regular inventory control checks to maintain accuracy and prevent discrepancies. Operate equipment such as cherry pickers for retrieving items from high storage locations. Build pallets and prepare shipments for distribution while adhering to safety protocols. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency. Experience Previous experience in a warehouse setting is preferred but not required; we are willing to train motivated individuals. Familiarity with package handling, materials handling, and distribution center operations is advantageous. Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by the job duties. Experience with inventory control processes or warehouse management systems is a plus. Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
