Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm Summary of the
Role:
The Loader is responsible for stacking and loading bags of seed in a warehouse environment. This position requires physical stamina, attention to safety, and the ability to work efficiently as part of a team to support daily shipping and production operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Stack and organize bags of seed for shipment and storage. Load materials onto pallets and trucks as needed. Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse areas. Follow all safety procedures and lifting guidelines. Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned. Work effectively with team members to meet production goals.
Required Skills:
Ability to lift and move heavy bags repeatedly throughout the shift. Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic. Ability to work safely and effectively as part of a team. Forklift experience is a plus. Previous warehouse or loading experience preferred.
Compensation:
$15.00 per hour
