Job Description

Miramar LLC is seeking a Warehouse & Logistics Associate to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a variety of responsibilities and takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly. In this role, you will be responsible for processing and fulfilling customer orders, maintaining warehouse inventory, coordinating freight shipments, and supporting day-to-day warehouse operations. You'll also work with order management systems, shipping portals, and other business software while helping ensure products move efficiently between our manufacturing facility and warehouse. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, comfortable using computers, and willing to learn new systems and processes. While previous warehouse, shipping, or logistics experience is important, we are willing to train the right candidate on our specific procedures and software. As a small business, no two days are exactly alike. The ideal candidate enjoys working independently, solving problems, and contributing to a team where their work has a direct impact on the success of the company. Duties & Responsibilities Process and fulfill customer orders Maintain warehouse inventory and organization Schedule and coordinate freight shipments Receive, store, and prepare inventory for shipment Operate warehouse equipment Transport inventory between company facilities as needed Assist with product packaging, kitting, and order preparation Maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment Other related duties as assigned Required Qualifications Familiarity with warehouse, shipping, inventory, or order fulfillment operations Understanding of warehouse safety practices and OSHA-compliant workplace procedures Experience processing and fulfilling customer orders Proficient with basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office, email, and web-based business software Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the day Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills Current forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification Familiarity with common warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks, pallet wrappers, and related tools Valid driver's license Comfortable occasionally transporting inventory between company facilities using a company box truck (no CDL required) Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Preferred Qualifications Experience scheduling freight shipments Familiarity with EDI systems Experience with inventory management software Experience working in a small business environment Strong willingness to learn new systems and processes
Pay:
$30,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
