• General Laborer - Manufacturing (Grandview/Belton, MO Area)

Hours/Schedule:

• 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM | Monday-Thursday We are currently hiring General Laborers for a manufacturing facility
• near Grandview & Belton, MO
• . This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced production environment where machines manufacture nuts, wires, and bolts. The work environment can be loud and dirty, and requires individuals who are dependable, safety-focused, and able to work consistently on their feet throughout the shift.

• Job Responsibilities:

• + Assist production workers with material handling (lifting, moving, and stacking materials up to 75 lbs) + Operate basic hand tools and equipment as instructed + Maintain a clean and organized work area (sweeping, cleaning spills, removing debris) + Assist with setup and teardown of production lines + Perform basic quality checks on finished products as directed

• What We're Looking For:

• + Ability to perform physical, labor-intensive work + Dependable attendance and strong work ethic + Willingness to work in a loud and industrial environment + Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team + Must be able to pass a tape measure test This is a great opportunity for someone looking for steady weekday hours and a consistent schedule with long weekends off.
