Job Description

DAV/Red Racks Thrift Stores (owned and operated by Disabled American Veterans of Missouri, Chapter 2) has an immediate opportunity for a full-time local Driver in the Kansas City area . This position is primarily responsible for collecting, loading/unloading and transporting donations in support of the KC area DAV/Red Racks Thrift Stores.
Required:
Professional driving experience, Class E license, personal auto insurance and a good driving record, Ability to frequently lift, push or pull up to 50 lbs. and push rolling carts weighing up to 600 lbs., Ability to safely enter and exit a truck cab and trailer frequently throughout the day, Good customer service skills and professional appearance, and Ability to pass a Missouri DOT physical, drug screen and a background check. Required to download an app to your phone for truck maintenance.
