Material Handler Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Material Handler to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse by following safety and quality guidelines and managing various warehouse equipment. Responsibilities Follow all safety and quality guidelines. Operate all warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks, forklifts, and stretch wrappers. Pick customer orders for outbound trucks. Unload inbound trucks. Meet all department sanitation standards. Report on defective ingredients or machinery. Accurately record warehouse bin transfers using scan guns. Assist with receiving and shipping paperwork. Essential Skills Experience in production, forklift operation, and warehouse operations. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Proven communication, teamwork, and leadership skills. Strong ability and willingness to problem-solve. Additional Skills & Qualifications Previous manufacturing experience required; previous food manufacturing experience strongly preferred. Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), safety, and PPE requirements. Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus, but not required. Knowledge of manual/power jack, stand-up and sit-down forklift operation. Basic reading and math skills. Basic computer skills. Attention to detail. Why Work Here?
