Material Handler Responsibilities Safely operate forklifts and electric pallet jacks Transport raw materials and finished products throughout the facility Supply production lines with materials as needed Verify inventory counts and properly store materials Move pallets and skids to and from machine areas Wrap, label, and stage finished products for shipment Maintain clean and organized work areas, including recycling stations Use inventory or ERP systems to track materials and job assignments Requirements for the Material Handler High school diploma or GED required At least 1 year of forklift or material handling experience preferred Basic computer and math skills Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Must be at least 18 years old Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally Comfortable working around moving machinery and in a loud environment Ability to work in varying temperature Apply online today or contact Penmac Staffing - Overland Parl for more information. $16.23 per hour plus $1.50 per hour night shift differentialSchedule:
Full-time, 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM. Rotating schedule with every other weekend required. Penmac Staffing is hiring reliable and safety-minded Material Handlers for a night shift opportunity with a well-established manufacturing facility in Kansas City.
